Everyone wants a great place to ride.  That means many different things to different people.  For some beautiful scenery, Great stops to visit along the way, smooth trails, rough trails, bumpy trails ythat make you bounce.  Starting from the northernmost part of Key Biscayne and winding all the way down to the Virginia Key and the mainland, the bike paths pass beaches, parks, historical landmarks, and beautiful waterways and inlets.

  • Virginia Key Trail:  From the historic park to the island's north point, miles of roadway provide a scenic ride away from the high-traffic of Key Biscayne and the Rickenbacker Causeway.  Take a break and explore the nature that surrounds.  This trail is sure to please.

  • Historic Virginia Key Bike Tour: This bike path takes you to a park with picnic areas, a working train for children, and some stunning desolate beach coves.
  • Waterfront Home Tour Bike Path: This was the home of Nixon’s winter white house.
  •  Bill Bagg’s State Park and Lighthouse
  •  Crandon Park and Beach: Ride on our beachfront pathway overlooking the beach while watching for the peacocks and gators in the quiet gardens.  The former location of Crandon Park Zoo offers tranquil gardens, lush greenery, and excellent wildlife viewing.
  •  Coconut Grove and Sailboat Bay Bike Paths: A sailors dream... ride through “The Grove”, our bohemian neighbor to the south.
